A Day at Slimbridge WWT

A day spent at Slimbridge yesterday gave me the chance to continue to improve my skills. Easy opportunities presented themselves, or were they? You tell me.

A rook came for a feed.

A family of at least four rats were keeping me amused.

The Goldfinches were in resplendent colour

A Dunnock singing beautifully matched all the more usual subjects.

Wood pigeons jostled with the Rats for food.

The Kingfisher was quite active.

Had a great day. For those of you who might be interested the Canoe trail is now open, Cost £3.00 per boat per hour.
